Our story
Built on a network, not a database
WallaceWilliam is headquartered on West 38th Street in Midtown Manhattan. We work primarily on projects in the structured cabling, security, audio visual and electrical industries, recruiting the technicians those jobs run on.
Our people come from more than 20 years of combined experience in this space. That network is the reason we can find a qualified technician for a specific classification rather than sending whoever is available.
Every professional we place is a W2 employee of WallaceWilliam. We handle timekeeping, workers compensation, general liability and the HR functions that come with employing field staff, so contractors get manpower without taking on an employer’s responsibilities.

We employ the people we send
Technicians are W2 employees of WallaceWilliam. Timekeeping, payroll, workers compensation, general liability and HR functions run through our office, not yours.
We staff to the classification
A helper, a jr. mechanic and a mechanic are not interchangeable. We fill the classification the work actually calls for so your crew stays productive.
We take the job whatever the size
One technician for a punch list or a full crew for a long install. Small requests get the same attention as large ones.
